Are all sales final?
Yes. All products are custom made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or returned. If we make a production error, we will reprint or correct it.
How long is production?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush services may be available for a fee.
Can I return custom apparel?
Because every item is decorated specifically for your order, we do not accept returns unless there is a verified production defect.
What if I approved the artwork and notice a mistake later?
Once artwork is approved, it is considered final. We print exactly what is approved. Please double-check spelling, sizing, and placement before approval.
What file types do you accept?
Preferred formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector).
We also accept high-resolution PNG (300 DPI with transparent background).
